It was bad. It had a great view and great location. The windows are green, the pool is dirty and the water is muddy, the tiles are broken in the steam room. There were swimming lessons for outside kids and we were not told that would happen. The wifi was really bad and the rooms were dirty and ugly. We got charged twice for the pizza wich wasn’t good. The staff didn’t know english or russian and were mean. The elevator was broken. The tv box was really bad too, we couldn’t watch TV.

It's all in the personal touch...thank you!. We fell on 4 rainy days ....making it a challenge to enjoy. The people at the reception bent over backwards to find us what to do..and we're right every time. They ordered taxis for us whenever needed. The highlight was when I found I made a mistake in my train booking and they straightened this out for us....with much effort.Doux points to Best Western!. .
