Rundown and dated hotel — go elsewhere!. Very rundown and dated hotel that has had no refurbishment of guest rooms in a very long time. No modern recharging ports or power supply at bedside nightstands, issues with hot water and plumbing and dilapidated furnishings. It’s one of the most beat up and rundown hotel rooms I’ve stayed in at this class of hotel. The price is below others in the category for a reason. On a positive note, in room dining was quick and good quality and front desk staff were friendly. Too bad there’s zero reinvestment from the owner.. .

Bussiness trip. The only good about this hotel is its central location to nearby restaurants and metro stations. I had to remind the concierge staff to do my laundry as I found the same undone laundry on my bed on my return to the hotel at the end of two consecutive days. This is unacceptable for a 5 star place. And the breakfast is tasteless, very artificial.. .

At sunrise the view from the hotel entrance was beautiful. Its right in front of the Museum of the Future. There are convenient stores and many food vendors in walking distance.. .

Fabulous. First time staying here and I have to say it was absolutely great, lovely hotel, good location to get around, the hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful especially Khaled at reception he was very helpful Thankyou we would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. Older hotel but good location and amazing staff. The hotel was older but it has everything you’ll need. The restaurants are convenient but just ok. The cafe was our favorite place to eat- food and drink. The only thing that was disappointing was the room smelled like smoke. You can still smoke in a lot of places in Dubai so this might be common. The staff was amazing and I would stay there again solely because of this. Lastly, the location was central to get to everything we wanted to see. Dubai traffic makes traveling more challenging. Plan ahead!. .
