Worst service and an even worse hotel. I hated everything. From the minute I got in! Staff were rude! No one helped with my 4 luggage and when I got to check in they refused to accept booking.com reservation saying that there’s something wrong and I should cancel and pay them directly (they probably wanna save up and not pay booking their fees) it also took me more than an hour to find the hotel since location misleads you. I also talked to another guest who said they did same thing cancelled his booking.com reservation and charged him again. Also the corridos smell like curry and it’s nasty.

Do something more better. I like the place...it's very cool, no noise and the room is clean. They charge more than what i expected... and I thought maybe food is included..coz from the booking price are different when you come to confirm your booking you got shocked to me i was expected to pay 349 but I paid 449 imagine .noooo.. can they show the real price from the booking app.
